When you write to us through this website, you share personal information with us. Here is, plainly, what we do with it, in line with Moroccan Law No. 09-08 on the protection of personal data.

Who is responsible for your data

What we collect
Only what you type into our forms:
- Contact, viewing or information request: name, phone, email, your message and the property concerned.
- Valuation or sale of your property: in addition, the property’s features (type, area, size, rooms, condition, occupancy), your expected price, your timeframe and the appointment slot you chose.
We collect no sensitive data and never ask for an identity document through the website.
Why
- To reply to you and call you back.
- To arrange viewings and suggest properties that match your search.
- To value your property and, if you wish, prepare a sale or rental mandate.
We process this data because you send it to us to get an answer. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for third-party advertising.
Who can see it
- The agency team handling your request.
- Our technical providers, who host the website and database (Vercel, Supabase), and our client follow-up tool. They act on our behalf and do not use your data for themselves.
These providers may store data outside Morocco. We only choose providers that protect it with recognised security measures (encryption, restricted access).
How long
Your data is kept for three years after our last exchange, then deleted. If a mandate or sale is signed, the documents are kept for the period required by law.
Your rights
Law 09-08 gives you the right to access, correct and object to the use of your data. You can also ask us to delete it.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you can contact Morocco’s data protection authority (CNDP) — cndp.ma.
Cookies and storage
The website sets no advertising or audience-measurement cookies.
Only the “Instruct us” form keeps what you are typing in your browser, so you do not lose it if you close the page. It does not leave your device until you send it, and it is erased once sent.
Changes
If we change this policy, the new version is published on this page with its update date.
